More and more clients are getting in touch because they feel stuck. As a result of the pandemic, of where they are in life or a change in circumstances - we are questioning who we are, what we want and why.

Others have a feeling that they want to change something but are not sure what or how. Coaching can be transformational in terms of working out what is important, what you want from your life and then devising an accountable plan to get there.

Big life decisions

This could be anything from making a big decision about a relocation or relationship to preparing for getting married, adjusting to life after having children or retirement. With life’s big decisions we can find ourselves confused and lost about which direction to go in, loosing sight of what we want and need. Coaching enables you to look under the surface in order for you to work out what is right for you as well as what is holding you back, and ultimately, to move you towards fulfillment.

Grief and Loss

Moving forward after a divorce, redundancy or dealing with an illness or loss, coaching enables the time, space and safety to process what has happened, acknowledge where you are and then carve a way forward in order to rebuild a fulfilling life.

Career

From moving into a new role, navigating challenges within a current role or dealing with change in the workplace, to building confidence to go back into the workplace. Clients frequently want to work with a Coach on aspects of their career.

Confidence

Sometimes we forget who we are. We tune out the achievements, the experience and the evidence of capability, and instead listen to a less helpful script that stops us from being our best and living the life we want to live. Maybe you’re returning from parental leave, you’ve spent too many hours working at home, you’ve had a knock back career wise and no longer feel you will be considered for employment.

Coaching enables perspective. The opportunity to look at your situation through a new lens, question limiting beliefs, focus in on what you are and can do and then build up your resilience and self worth to go and get what you want.

Wellness and Health

Many Clients want to focus on self-improvement - they want to be healthier, run a marathon, be less reliant on tech or be a better and more present partner. They may want to focus on building their confidence, moving out of comfort zones and being more adventurous. Through the Coaching process goals can be realised and plans created and committed to, in order to enable a Client to be their best self.
